Oatmeal Pancakes  

Ingredients for 1 portion:
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 banana
  • 20g oat flakes (gluten-free for celiacs)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Melted chocolate:
    1-2 ounces of 85% or higher percent chocolate
    a quarter tablespoon of coconut oil.

Preparation:

1) Cut the banana into slices and put it on a plate, put it in the microwave without covering, 2 minutes at 750W
2) Cinnamon (optional) is added to the banana
3) Mix everything, the banana, the egg and the oat flakes in the hand mixer.
4) Put a little olive or coconut oil in the pan or crepe maker... and back and forth.
5) Put the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 minute at 750W.
